Description: A new 243-key addition to an existing hotel property, TBE Architect’s hotel tower is rooted in the aesthetic perspective of the existing, employing materials and details – even the property’s signature vertical logo – as a springboard to a wholly new building.

The new building’s curved podium provides visual clarity for the design and places greater emphasis on the new entryway – a sweeping porte cochere that shelters arriving guests, and provides access to poker, VIP gaming and non-smoking slots.

For the building interiors, TBEA’s designers chose to restate the crisp lines of the exterior, using a palette of natural stone, wood veneers, and plush carpets to provide a warm and welcoming gathering space for hotel guests. By extension, this same design vocabulary flows into a dazzling ‘grand lobby’, creating a new centerpiece for the property, and anchoring it in dramatic fashion with a soaring ‘light totem’ symbolizing the Firekeepers ancestry and history.

The Firekeepers Casino Hotel property also features an intimate spa of our design, with multiple infinity pools, waterfalls, whirlpools, steam rooms, and a sauna.
